EXCHANGES & SHIPPING
You may exchange your purchase in its original unused condition within two weeks for a full refund. Customer pays for shipping return. Please measure your pet carefully for proper size. See sizing chart page. Not all items measure the same.
Please do not exchange worn or washed clothing. Items in new unused condition will be accepted only.
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item. There are no returns on our bags or beds.

United States: (Free Shipping on orders over $50.00 except baskets & beds. We ship out orders within 48 hours (Monday - Friday)! If your order is received on Friday after 8am (Pacific Standard time) we shipped it out the following Monday morning. If you are in the U.S. We ship First Class & Priority mail. Please allow 5 business days to receive your package before inquiring about your shipment.
International:
Yes, we do ship outside of the U.S. You can just add things to your cart and proceed to checkout your rates will then be calculated according to location.
SALES TAX
Due to the fact our office is in New York State, sales tax will be assessed for orders shipped within the
state of New York. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
